Finally! eMail Privacy!

It took a long time coming, but so far, this app works Great! Pulls your email off the servers, but keeps it handy for reference... needs a bit of attention in the interface, but its about there. Can one-way sync!

No longer works!

Cant authenticate via Gmail.

Great App

I have searched endlessly, but unsuccessfully for an app that would allow me to download my emails to my iPhone and be able to access them while offline. I am so happy to now have Offline Mail! Freedom at last!

One of the best IMAP clients out there! Hidden Gem

Terrible name… Terrible Icon. (though the icon grows on me as it starts to fit the rest of their UI)… but this is a FANTASTIC app. Clean, simple… perfect for keeping my work mail separate from my personal mail in the primary mail app… Was using IBIS. Much happier with this.

Promising, but too many problems and no support

I really wanted to like this app. I had dramatic performance problems (it took half an hour to see one new message) also had problems with security, marking mail as read that I hadnt seen and the unread mail count being wrong. Also seemed to make other mail clients (including Mail on the Mac) rescan the entire mailbox every time they checked for mail. There is just too much broken for me to even try to use it. No response from the developers to any of my issues. Save your money and skip this app.

No double authentification for gmail

I cant use the app Please support and email me

Pretty good

Really enjoying this app, but it seems I can only send emails from one of the two email addresses I added. Am I doing something wrong?

Cant reply to email

For some reason using this on my iPad lets me read emails but not reply to them!

Well done

This app is simply amazing. Whenever I cant find an email (using the mail app or when abroad or when no network) this app finds it in seconds- it can get u out of some real sticky situations. Im surprised this app isnt more well known. Highly recommended for those that rely on their email....

Great idea...

I really wanted this app to be useful but it simply isnt. My major annoyance is that its background sync to update mail runs off your location services and I never have my GPS on (because of battery and that I dont need it much.) Thus my email is never updated and thus I hardly end up using it. Wanted this app for when I dont have service and need to check my phone, its not practical for me. Thumbs down until they get smart about updating mail without GPS services **Update** May 2014 After speaking with the developers, it turns out having a background sync of this sort is restricted by Apple (what a shocker). I really like the app but once again apple has limited the true potential of an app.

Really good

Works, its pretty. Great for things like catching up on email on an airplane. Only thing is it doesnt work with the gmail archiving idea.

Best offline email app

This is the best offline IMAP app that I found. It is nice to use because I wanted to have more flexibility when to check email. I like having the app automatically check email when I get home so I dont miss emails but also so I dont get notified too often.

Mine wont work. Not many options.

Keeps re-downloading the same messages over and over again. Also, I have about 15000 messages and it thinks I have close to 45000. No bulk select... Whats up with all the positive reviews?

Saved my bacon on a number of occasions!

Without ubiquitous & reliable 3G and/or wi-fi connectivity, access to Gmail emails can be spotty. This app means that you’re never without access to that important email with a booking reference for the flight, or a phone number to cancel that meeting or the name of a client our about to meet. It’s great! Works perfectly, syncs automatically and does just what it says on the tin! The one and only downside that everyone should be aware of is one imposed by Apple that the (possibly huge) mail store you’ve downloaded doesn’t survive a device restore or reset, necessitating a full download when you next start the app. A complete PITA but not one to shout at the developers for!

Needs ability to move emails

I would like to sync emails while offline to folders.

Some Apps are Priceless!

...this being such an App. I searched the world over for a solution to a huge problem I was faced with: Yahoo Mail, who I had held a "Pro" account with for over 15 years and paid my yearly fees to like a good netizen, one day "lost" 12 years of my Inbox...I use my eMail account like a digital notebook...*everything* is in my Inbox and Sent Items...every travel itinerary, business conversation, product ideas, production notes, purchase receipts, serial numbers, copies of important documents, addresses, you name it...*everything*. Yahoo Mails indexing and search algo is as good as their customer support is bad...where I found *anything* I needed in a few seconds time, I spent 3 months and over 100hrs of my time to try to talk to *anybody* about how I could get a fairly complete backup I had made of my Inbox back into their IMAP server (something that should be as simple as synching my local backup onto their server again), but Yahoo Mail seems to try as hard as they can to make it impossible to find human support on their end. When after 3 months (!!) I finally got a human response from them on Facebook, their reply was simply "sorry, but once your Inbox is gone from our server we do not allow for it to be synced back up." So much for "Pro" with Yahoo! To make this long story short: I created a Rackspace IMAP account, which allowed me 25GB of storage, synced up my 80,000 messages, then found, purchased and used this amazing App to synch all of those messages into a neat little 1.3GB package back to my iPhone, and now have my entire digital communication with the most granular indexing available (*every* word and number) in my pocket, available to me offline, whenever, wherever...its a priceless piece of software...Id give it 10 stars if I could!

One bug but good otherwise

I use this with a gmail account because I wanted an offline archive of several of the labels in my inbox. This app does a good job but not a great one with this function. It can download the same message several times but also does not download any new messages nested under the label. Ive actually needed to create a "fresh" label in gmail and get offline to pull from that to get all of my messages that were grouped under the old label after offline stopped updating it. Cant see a way to fix this yet but hoping that they will solve the problem. It is the best app Ive found for this very specific use, though! So even with the bug, I would suggest it if you want to keep all of your emails from a specific person available for offline reading.

Really Impressive Iterations!

This app just keeps getting better and better. Im happy I can finally drop all these fake wannabe email apps that dont work on the train. I live in NY for goodness sakes! What good is an email app if I cant read my email otw to and from work? Im glad this one does. Cheers to offline productivity!

Forget it

App miss a basic command button : delete message You can only delete a message by swipe at the inbox screen and not inside the message
